Simple 5 minutes of exercise will keep you vibrant and in great moods. Use the relaxation and mental imagery audio/visual part of the training when you are alone in a quiet safe place. You will need at least 20 minutes. (A shorter version of 5 minutes is included that you can listen to as often as you like)
